What that means and what's being offered
For this round of the program, I’m offering three scholarship seats as a conscious act of generosity and trust. This is part of my commitment to expanding access to coaching for women who feel genuinely aligned with this work and who might not otherwise say yes to themselves at this moment. These scholarships are not about labels or justification—they’re about creating space for meaningful participation, deep benefit, and real momentum. My hope is that what unfolds here doesn’t stop at the individual, but carries forward into homes, relationships, leadership, and daily life in ways that matter.
These seats are offered with the expectation that recipients will show up with sincerity, engagement, and a willingness to be in the process—both for themselves and for the group as a whole.
For some, this experience may naturally open the door to continuing the work together in the future; for others, it may simply be a complete and valuable chapter on its own. Both are welcome.
If you feel a quiet yes as you read this, you’re welcome to apply. The application is brief and reflective—designed to help me understand your alignment with the program and your readiness to engage (not to evaluate worthiness or circumstances). There’s no performance required; I simply want to place these seats with care.
Please apply by March 6, 2026 for consideration in the current round. Just enter your email below.
If you have questions we haven't thought to cover here, just email us.
Because too many women who would benefit deeply from this work hesitate to choose themselves.
I’ve seen how often thoughtful, capable women put their growth at the bottom of the list—waiting for a “better” time, fewer responsibilities, or more certainty before stepping forward. These scholarship seats are one way of gently interrupting that pattern. They create space for women to say yes to support now, rather than someday.
I’m offering them as a conscious act of trust in the power of women who are willing to engage sincerely and do the work. When a woman chooses herself in this way, the impact rarely stops with her. It shows up in how she parents, partners, leads, creates, rests, and makes decisions. It shifts the emotional tone of homes and teams. It changes what feels possible.
Expanding access to this kind of coaching isn’t just about individual growth—it’s about the ripple effect that growth creates. I believe in that ripple. And I’m willing to invest in it.
Are you?
This program is for women over 25 who…
Live with ADHD (formally diagnosed or self-identified) and are ready to work with their brains instead of against them.
Have tried the usual advice (planners, timers, color-coded systems) and found that "just trying harder" and “better organization” weren’t the real solution.
Feel burned out, overstretched, and overwhelmed by what life requires of them—even when it seems to come easily to everyone else.
Long for more ease, joy, flow, and genuine presence in their daily lives.
Want to show up as their most confident, capable, and grounded selves at home, at work, and in the world.
Sense that they have so much more to offer—if only they could translate their potential into consistent, supported action.
Crave accountability that is firm but kind—structure that lifts them up and never shames them down.
Want to be in community with other thoughtful, self-aware women navigating similar terrain, exchanging insight, encouragement, and real support.
If you feel more seen than called out by what you just read, we need you to join us.
Full membership in the ADHD Alchemy™ Community Coaching program -- and then some.

I’m glad you asked.
This program works when women decide to show up for themselves. A scholarship seat doesn’t change that — it simply removes one barrier. The growth still comes from your commitment.
If you’re offered one of these seats, here’s what that commitment looks like:
Attend at least 8 of the 12 weekly group coaching sessions. Persistence builds momentum — and momentum builds change.
Participate actively. Come ready to reflect, speak, experiment, and be coached. This is a collaborative space, not a passive one.
Engage in the exchange of support. Offer insight, encouragement, and presence to the other women in the room. Growth accelerates in reciprocity.
Submit a $50 commitment fee. This is not about offsetting costs, but about making it tangible to prioritize yourself and your development.
Share the program. Post on social media, tell friends personally, whatever you like -- just tell others who may want to grow with us.
Provide honest feedback at the end of the program, and allow anonymous excerpts to be shared for marketing purposes.
If you’re ready to grow — not as an indulgence, but as a foundation — and to recognize that your growth is not only for you but a gift to the people you love, this may be your moment.
Coaching calls happen every Wednesday at 12pm eastern time.
The current round begins on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
Your commitment is to attend at least 8 of these sessions live within a 12 week period, and of course you are invited to attend every call within your scholarship term.
There are three interpersonal components of the group coaching pathway:
Coaching calls - live on Zoom every Wednesday at 12 noon eastern
Asynchronous support - WhatsApp private messaging is available anytime between weekly sessions
Coaching community - hosted in your client portal, your community includes your entire coaching cohort (including the coach!) for support, encouragement and feedback
In addition, there are resources available in your client portal that include coaching resources (like weekly curricula), video replays, courses, downloadable tools and more.
There's no catch, I promise.
It's a commitment on your part, and it takes effort. Like so much else in life, you'll get out what you put in.
But this is meant to be easy, not an extra stressor. It's built to fit into your life and enhance it right away. It's also really customizable and created with your input, so if it ever feel like too much, we just adjust -- no biggie.
It's also a commitment on my part, and one that I make with joy! What I get out of this is the satisfaction of bringing this work to women who otherwise would not choose themselves for it, and a vibrant group of Fancy Brains to keep me inspired and uplifted.
Plus, guess what? Women are often the standard-bearers for families. The more women who can understand that different doesn't mean less than -- the more women who learn to leverage what they thought was a liability -- the more we influence future generations together to see that their brains are beautiful, not broken. I want to make a true difference in the way our world perceives, discusses and treats ADHD and doing that by rippling through family standard-bearers just makes sense.
It's a win-win-win, with no strings attached except what's laid out here clearly.
